Base film

Adopting wet biaxial stretching process, the thickness of the finished product is uniform and can be adjusted from 3-16 microns, with wide controllable range of porosity and air permeability, uniform distribution of microporous structure, and good consistency of all properties. Through the customized process route, we can improve the mechanical strength of the diaphragm, adjust the porosity structure of the diaphragm, and produce different thickness specifications of the base film to meet the needs of different customers' batteries.

Aluminum oxide coating

The use of suitable particle size of alumina to build a high porosity coating suitable for a certain charge/discharge rate of the battery, and provide the overall thermal stability of the diaphragm, oxidation resistance, and electrolyte wettability.

Bumite coating

The use of suitable particle size of Bumite to build a high porosity coating suitable for a certain charge/discharge rate of the battery, and provide the overall diaphragm thermal stability, oxidation resistance and electrolyte wettability, compared with aluminum oxide coating, Bumite coating is more lightweight.

PVDF coating layer

According to the actual needs of the battery end, PVDF spraying layer with different surface density can be provided to complete the bonding effect to the pole piece under certain thermal pressure conditions, shorten the transmission distance of lithium ions and maintain the rigid shape of the battery, and to a certain extent reduce the impact of expansion and contraction of positive and negative electrodes during charging and discharging.

PVDF spot coating

According to the actual needs of the battery end, PVDF spot coating with different surface density can be provided to complete the bonding effect to the pole piece under certain heat pressure conditions, shorten the transmission distance of lithium ions and maintain the rigid shape of the battery, and to a certain extent reduce the impact of expansion and contraction of positive and negative electrodes during charging and discharging, compared with spraying, the spot coating bonding effect is more uniform.
