Mr. Deng attached great importance to safety production work, requiring all departments to strictly implement the main responsibility of safety production, do a good job in emergency duty during the holiday, focus on safety inspection of key parts such as production system, power system, and storage system, put forward rectification requirements for hidden dangers, and pointed out that it was necessary to establish a company safety "direction line" with the safety department and various departments as the responsible body, and an all-staff safety "execution line". Through joint efforts and dual-line efforts, a long-term safety management mechanism should be established to jointly eliminate various accident hazards and improve the company's safety index.

When communicating with the departments, Mr. Deng emphasized that each department should empower all employees, especially in terms of safety capabilities. They should formulate safety work methods, strengthen local safety awareness, clarify that the heads of each department are the first persons responsible for safety, exercise safety authorities effectively, implement safety responsibilities, do a good job in safety work, and provide guarantees for the high-quality and safe development of the company.

During the inspection of utility engineering and warehousing areas, Mr. Deng pointed out that huge risks often lurk beneath the seemingly calm surface, and there should be no room for luck in safety production. He reminded everyone that safety is the "1" and everything else is "0". Only when the "1" is secure can the "0" have meaning. They must deeply understand the extreme importance and urgent reality of safety production work. Safety work should always adhere to the "always uneasy" and "still problematic" "extreme" and "stubborn" attitude. Safety production must always be remembered in their hearts, carried on their shoulders, and grasped in their hands. They should earnestly do a good job in various safety production work.
