The ultra-thin products independently developed and produced by the enterprise have the advantages of strong consistency and good uniformity, which can greatly extend the service life of the battery and improve the performance quality of the battery, and quickly fill the domestic gaps and replace foreign imports.

The project has two wet process diaphragm production lines in the first phase of planning capacity, the first production line has been put into production, and the second production line is being prepared in full swing.

Huang LeFei, technical manager of Taizhou Hengchuan New Energy Materials Co., Ltd: "Some of the key equipment has already arrived, and we expect to complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment and enter into formal production in early 2022. The capacity of our single line will be no less than 120 million square meters per year, and after the two production lines are all put into operation, it will be more than 240 million square meters, and the annual output value will be close to 500 million RMB."
